How long does shipping take?+
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days from our US warehouse, with 3–7 business days transit. Smart-tech items shipped from Asia take 10–18 business days due to customs (clearly marked on the product page).
Can I return something if my dog doesn't love it?+
Absolutely — every order is backed by our 30-day happy returns policy. We send a prepaid USPS label and refund the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Are your products vet-recommended?+
We work with practicing veterinarians to vet (pun intended) every smart health and wellness item before adding it to the catalog. Items marked “Vet-informed” were specifically reviewed for safety and efficacy.
What size should I get for my dog?+
Each product page lists size guidance based on your dog's weight. If you're between sizes, size up — it's easier to take in than to stretch.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Not yet. International shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia is rolling out throughout 2026. Subscribe to the newsletter to be notified when your country is live.
How do the smart collars connect?+
Pawvolt smart collars use 4G LTE-M for the GPS feature and Bluetooth Low Energy for in-range telemetry. The companion app is on iOS and Android and includes a free first year of cellular service.
Is my payment info secure?+
Yes. We process all payments through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I cancel an order?+
If your order hasn't shipped, yes — email support@pawvolt.store and we'll cancel and refund immediately. Once shipped, our 30-day returns policy applies.
