Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia is rolling out in 2026.

Cost

• Standard (US): Free on orders of $49 USD or more, otherwise $5.99 flat.
• Expedited (US): $14.99 — adds 1–2 business days of priority handling.

When your order ships

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our supplier's US warehouse. Items marked as preorder ship on the date listed on the product page.

Transit time

Once shipped, expect 3–7 business days for the contiguous US, and 5–10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. A small share of smart-tech SKUs ship from our Asia partner facility (clearly marked) and may take 10–18 business days due to customs.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also see live status under Account → Orders. If something looks stuck for more than 10 business days, please reach out — we'll chase the carrier for you.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please email support@pawvolt.store within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement, no questions asked.
