Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping, applicable taxes, and duties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including, rarely, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues — and will refund any payment in full when we do.

Product information

We work hard to depict products accurately, but colors, dimensions, and minor design details may vary slightly between supplier batches. Smart-tech specifications can change with firmware updates.

Intellectual property

All Pawvolt brand assets, copy, and product photography are owned by us. You may share links to product pages and reviews freely; please ask before reusing imagery commercially.

User accounts

You're responsible for keeping the email associated with your account secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawvolt's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We make no warranties beyond what's stated in our Returns policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms over time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes are posted is your acceptance of the revised Terms.
